This book, the ninth in a series of ten, is an extended discussion of that on my website about the comets. There are all the aspects of the orbital elements of the periodical and not-periodical comets, with the dates of the perihelium for many decades, the magnitudes, the evolution of the elements, with ephemerides, ecc. This is not a technical and difficult to read manual, but a complete and very detailed description of what the sky gives us throughout our lives, so each table is ready for use, and each reported event will be easily visible to the naked eye or possibly with a simple pair of binoculars. The book is for stargazing astronomers and professionals.
