It is one of the more useful inventions of the man, commemorated in sky by a
constellation introduced from Lacaille. Originally it came called Horologium
Oscillitorium (Oscillating Clock) in honor of the inventor of the pendulum
clock,Christian Huygens, but the name came modified later.
